The harbor tour was a very nice experience. The skipper provided a lot of professional information about the port and its surroundings. The container port was particularly interesting. Definitely a tour not to be missed in Hamburg.

The trip itself was amusing and interesting. The captain very professional and telling funny stories.
The only issue I have is that; we were instructed by Headout to proceed to peer 6 at 14:00 hours to board the ship. When we came there at 13:55 it appeared the at peer 6 is only the office of the Barkassen-Meyer Touristik GmbH and we were immediatelly directed to run to peer 2 were the ship was waiting for us. We were just on time and a little out of breath when arriving to the ship.

The tour guide was super funny and didn’t skimp on sharing the latest updates about the harbor! We had a great view of everything at the harbor—especially the view of the Elbphilharmonie was truly amazing :) We also loved that everyone got a chance to catch a good look at all the sights. The service was also very friendly, the drinks arrived quickly, and best of all, they tasted great! The atmosphere was really cozy and just lovely. It wasn’t too warm or too cold either—just perfectly comfortable. I can really highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Wonderful tour through the port of Hamburg! Very friendly staff. Good hospitality. Exciting impressions during ice drift. The name "light tour" did not promise too much.
